This is my nephew Jordan – or as I like to call him Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay or Beebs. Calling him Jaaaaaaaaaaaaay will get me an immediate grin and a large hug every time. At the age of fourteen Jordan has so many tremendous gifts. He is a natural athlete (and daredevil), has a beautiful singing voice, storyteller and is an extremely talented artist. He is the one who notices what others don’t.

I am often asked if I photograph my children all the time. The answer is no. They may not agree with that since they are probably photographed more than most children. There is a difference between photographing them vs standing in for a shot.

Today I photographed Van. This is my son at 13.
